Car License and Registration
There is no Australian driver’s license as such, but rather each state/territory issues its own license, and if moving from state to state, as well as coming over from another country, you will need to know the rules and regulations of the state in which you obtained a driver’s license.
Western Australia’s vehicle registration and car licensing authority, Department of Planning and Infrastructure (DPI), has information specific to interstate and overseas drivers.
